Clinton Sunrise Officer Installation

Franklin Township resident, Dave Gansfuss, was recently elected as president of the Clinton Sunrise Rotary Club, to serve a one-year term which began July 1.  A Rotarian since 2000, he is Vice-President of the Gansfuss Agency in Clinton.  This is Mr. Gansfuss’ third term as President having held this office in 2005-2006 & 2006-2007 also.  Deborah Shenberger of Shenberger Insurance will serve as Vice-President.  Steve Bowers of Team Capital Bank was installed as Treasurer and Patricia Caroselli, a retired nurse, as Secretary.

As president of the club, which received its charter from Rotary International in 1989, Mr. Gansfuss will be responsible for strengthening the group’s participation in community and international service projects while attracting new members.  Club members assisting him in these efforts this year by assuming specific responsibilities are: Lu Ann Aversa – Public Relations Chair; Brian Fischer - Foundation Chair; Barbara Harris – Membership Chair; Megan Jones-Holt – Vocational Chair; Peter Sandrian – Club Service Chair; Phil Seifried - Sargeant-at-Arms; and Andrew West – Program Chair.  Other contributing club members are: Frank Caroselli, Andrew DiGuardia, Tom Johnson, Tom Kowal, Todd Pender, & John Siano. 

The club meets every Thursday morning at 7:30am at the Clinton Fire House, 1 New Street, across from the Clinton Post Office.  Anyone who is interested in learning more about Rotary or membership in the club is invited to attend a meeting.
